Most right hand turns and access points disappear, making everyday local movement slow, frustrating, and in some cases impossible.
It will hurt Paddington small businesses.
Losing essential parking and loading zones means fewer customers, harder deliveries and a direct hit to already struggling shops.
Will create congestion and chaos.
Squeezed lanes, blocked access and diverted traffic means more gridlock, slower emergency vehicle response, and a less safe street for everyone.
