Local Business Opposes Cycleway in Council Stoush

In the last week, both Waverley and City of Sydney rushed through late-notice motions to support the Oxford Street East Cycleway, before there’s even a business case for it, and with the City making the Moore Park Road cycleway permanent.

But instead of listening to our concerns, councillors are telling us they know better, and that the interests of cyclists deserve not one but two cycleways in Paddington!

Local business owners Jane Nash, of Nash’s Timber, and Marc Duff, of Café Lutrec and Smalls Auctions, were front, centre and loud in opposition, in the leading story in the Daily Telegraph. Read the full article here
